1. Introduction
This disclaimer pertains to your use of the Fetch Oracle protocol (“Fetch Oracle”).
Fetch Oracle is a decentralized protocol that enables autonomous smart contracts to facilitate data feeds on the blockchain. It operates in a permissionless manner without intermediaries or administrative control.
By accessing or utilising Fetch Oracle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
2. Decentralization and Autonomy

- Smart Contracts Operate Independently: The protocol consists of self-executing smart contracts that cannot be altered, stopped, or controlled by any party once deployed.
- Token Distribution and Liquidity Support: FETCH tokens may be distributed over time, but this does not grant governance rights, administrative control, or influence over the Fetch Oracle protocol. Once deployed, the protocol operates autonomously via smart contracts, and no entity has the ability to alter its function.
